Do I need to do anything about this on my credit ratings - 3 entries?

I got my credit rating today (thanks to martin's article) and it has 3 entries for O2 in 2001.
I got a mobile contract (which I cancelled in 2004) with O2 but they sent me 3 sim cards so I told them and they said send 2 back (which I did).
The effective dates are 23/08/2001 and last updated 03/10/2004 (I cancelled in jan 2004) but there are no End dates.
Is this something I should be worried about?

Can't see why the duplicate entries would effect any application for credit or your rating.
