I've found a site that has hundreds of free Barbie & Action Man knitting patterns. The site is Swedish so it's best to look through the pictures of clothes and make a note of the numbers that you like, then click on the "Patterns In English" link on the left and find the number you want. The knitting pattern opens as a document ready to print.

I had a quick look and there's quite a few jumpsuits on there, numbers 765, 793 & 820 look quite good. I'm bookmarking the site and think I might start knitting Barbie patterns for my little niece and give them to her with a basic Barbie for Christmas.

It's a brilliant site, it's even got patterns for hats, boots & bags and they've adapted every Abba costume into a Barbie or Action Man pattern!

Oh that's fantastic anguk, everyting I could have hoped for. People on this site are just so ingenious. I just need to go off and find suitable green wool and traction man (and my DD) will be happy.

Added to my favourites too! The Bratz ones could be handy as well. My kind of knitting - small and quite quick, not too much sewing involved ... (now, where to find the wool).

Agree kune, where would you go for wool as I haven't knitted in years.

Charity shops often sell wool especially odd balls that are great for dolls clothes and I get all my needles from there too.

If you're going to buy wool online I can recommend Kemps Wool Shop, they often have some great bargains.
