It's really good that you are getting people through the door. That has to show that the price is at least near the right region. My partner is in the middle of selling his house and the only way we could get people to view it was by dropping the price significantly. In an area full of similar houses for sale it was the only way to make the property stand out.

I suppose it depends how quickly you need to sell it? Have you got the time to wait for the right person to come along? If so, it may be worth hanging on for a few more weeks before making a decision.

Good luck for the next viewing anyway!

    ....... Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The person who came round loved it and put an offer this morning (not quite enough) so i rejected it and they have upped the price.... to what we want!!

I'm so pleased.... new it was priced OK and stands true that some people think they know something by reading a report (interesting to read today nationwide say prices had a jump). been realistic and dropped a little on the asking price.

Now the fun begins on me trying to secure the house i want which I have swiftly put an offer in.... fun and games

HA HA .we got not much less than the asking price and from a cash buyer which is good. we are still waitng on an answer on our offer.

interestingly we went to look at 3 houses all in a similar area/price etc and it was like an open day.... must have been 4/5 couples all looking round thesame ones... one was far the best, must say was interesting listening to other peoples commets! lol
