Thank you, I'm sure I'll be fine. I could get an appointment with my doctor tomorrow afternoon at 2.30 but the problem I have is that I work fulltime and still on probation, so don't want to ask for any time off.
I understand what you mean, if thats urking you too much, either have a late lunch and go then or make it for another time THIS WEEK when you're not at work. But it shouldnt really be an issue to go to the docs. Stay a little later if it will make you feel better and in actual fact may impress as you would be showing even more willing that you already probably are

    MORNING LOVELY PEEPS!!

I was <.......> this close to calling in sick this morning, nothing wrong with me, just tired, and Erin looked so peaceful i thought we could have a day at home... but decided against it when realised that she had brownies tonight and wouldn't want to miss it (don't think i could send her to Brownies when not at school) and also, i would probably be forced to do housework...

So came to work instead.. at least i can get paid to chat to you guys!!

Today i am wearing a new pencil skirt... it looks fab and i think if i were made of chocolate i would eat myself!!! i can't actually sit down properly in it, and getting into the car was a laarf! - but it looks uber sexy!

Hugs to those that need them...

Squizz - i was out for a nice run yesterday in woods near home (5.5miles! yay me!!) and we saw a red squirrel! apparently they aren't easy to spot, and my runchum rachel was absolutely ecstatic about it, her first ever Red! i was too busy concentrating on breathing to pay much attention, but it looked cute, and made me think of you!!
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

Hi Scorge, I found a lump on one of mi bollox last year and immediately feared the worst. Went into a right panic (cause Im a bit of a drama queen like that, was even making a will and wondering what my DS was gonna do without me), whilst I can laugh at that now looking back, it is serious all the same. ANyway, I phoned the doc and he calmed me down and told me that it could be 10 or more things of which only one will be Cancer. He told me to come in the next day. Some fella cupped mi sack, had a good feel. I was ready to get naked and he was like 'you only need to drop your trousers mate' I felt a bit daft. I got a scan and everything was ok. Like Pan said it could be one of many things of which only one will be Cancer related. Do you feel a bit eugh, if so could be a sign of swollen glands as they are prepping themselves to do battle with an infection. If you're worred go on the NHS Direct website and make an appoinement with the docs. Len
Oh Lenny, that made me LOL, not the fact that you had a lump and panicking but the bit about you ready to go naked. Thank you, it really cheered me up. Only a fellow scot could come out with a phrase like yours. I'll be fine I'm sure, like you say it's probably just a swollen gland. I'll see what the nurse says on Thursday.

Ive scrubbed where he was sick and checked to see if I have missed any that may have splashed anywhere else but his bedroom reeks of sick. Any ideas???
