Can anybody give my any guidance on the best way to sell 2 unwanted tickets for Simply Red at o2 arena on Thursday April 2nd. I am not trying to make money just get back what I paid for them. I have tried offering them on my local forum but so far no takers!

You can either list them on Ebay or if you live close enough to the venue you could risk going there and rtying to sell them outside.
