Hi, I searched, but couldn't find this. Hope it's not been posted before!
Which? Advice, has lots of Free Consumer Rights Sample/Template Letters, including:
Sale of Goods Act; Pricing disputes; Cancelling a contract; Paying by credit card; Complaining to companies/Ombudsman; Buying/rejecting second hand cars; Speeding tickets; Landlord problems; Restaurant problems; Holiday problems; Problem Estate Agents; Mobile 'phone problems; Doorstep selling; Online shopping; Arbitration; Small Claims Court.
Just put 'Sample Letters' in the search box on the home page:

Just cut and paste the text of the letter into a word document and edit as you see fit (eg., make text bigger/add your own words)!
