Turkey for Teens

Hi, we are thinking about taking our teens on a last holiday with us before son goes off to uni.
BIL and wife want to come too and they fancy Turkey, I don't know anything about Turkey. Is there much for older teens to do? one is a bit too young for clubs(16), & the older one has little interest in them. I'm thinking about theme parks, water parks or any interesting or activity things they may enjoy.
I realise its a big place but we haven't booked yet so we're open to options. Thanks
