help!! problem with printing online boarding pass thru adobe

Please, please...can someone tell me why I only get a blank screen, with a long bar saying http/etcklm etc...
I am trying to print my boarding pass, having checked in online.
I have downloaded the adobe reader, but thats all I am getting.
Need it asap!

So it prints blank or the file opens up blank?My TV is broken!

file opens blank - but needed it asap - so troubled my neighbours who printed it off!

I've known Adobe Reader to display the license agreement behind the other open windows the first time it runs. It causes the symptom the OP mentions. It's caught me out a couple of times.0
