There is 5 boxes to 'check' to remove and quarentine.. Only the bottom 3 boxes are clicked

After removing everything found by SAS~
Uninstall AVG8 (its clearly next to useless as youve been infected so badly)
Then use the 32 bit AVG removal tool (Bits are always left over on normal uninstalls)

Run COMBOFIX (Simply follow the instructions it gives)
Post the FULL log it creates here
then ~
Download AVIRA ANTI VIRUS PERSONAL (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')

Avira is your NEW anti virus software which is much better at finding nasties than AVG and uses less resources
Run a FULL scan with AVIRA (making sure its upto date)
If you cant get combofix running then jump straight to installing and scanning with Avira
