Hey guys,

Moved into new place round about 2 months ago. Promised high discounts as letting agent had "special deal" with these.

After researching, I've found my old supplier is still cheaper. (Npower online).

However - Switching back to them I can't seem to do online!

It ask's who my current supplier is.... there's nothing for Utility warehouse. Therefor - I can't seem to switch online. Granted - I can do this over the phone.... however - I won't get the cashback.. albeit £40! Few drinks down the pub! hah

Any ideas?

Nevermind - while on a price comparison website... it shows up as:

    "Telecom Plus Utility Warehouse"

(It shouldn't matter. Most companies (at the switch, rather than the comparison) don't even ask you who your current supplier is, anyway.)

If you know you want to switch to npower, just put any company in as your current supplier to get the comparison bit done.

Then select npower as the one you want to switch to.
