I would check your ship, Navigator does not sail from LA ports.

There are 2 main cruise ports in LA,

Port of LA san pedro

Long beach

Port of LA is used by most cruise lines,

Long beach by the Carnival family of cruise lines.

NOTE: both of these are a long way from the center of LA.
