HJT log - any issues?

A while ago i had a few problems with some nasties on my PC making it go slow. People on this board kindly helped and it solved the problem but the last few days it seems to be slow again.

Ive scanned with malwarebytes, superantispyware and spybot S&D which allifnd no bad uns.

as far as a quick glance goes i cant see much thats bad, if it really is crawling along press ctrl+shift+esc it should open task manager, on the CPU portion at the top click it twice to sort the process list by how much CPU its using, browse to the top of the list and see whats using the processor, system idle process should be using the most (circa 99 if nothing else is doing anything) if there is a nasty doing something you'll notice it at the top of the list. if there isnt a nasty but something is still using the cpu, just right click on the process and it should speed up a bit.

Also, Norton seems to have a pretty adverse effect on system speed for a lot of people. I would personally go with Avira AntiVir, but it's up to you.

yes , just tick the items and remove like the others , when you reboot they will not run on start up , just grabbing resources

UNTICK 'Resident TEA TIMER' (Leave 'SD Helper' TICKED)

Download CCLEANER (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION' ~ make sure YAHOO TOOLBAR is unticked on installation)

Run the CLEANER scan (UNTICK 'cookies')
Then run the REGISTRY scan (Backup the registry when it asks)


reboot

Download GLARY UTILITIES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD NOW' ~ UNTICK the ASK toolbar on installation)

Download DEFRAGGLER and run a defrag with that

If its still slow we'll need to look deeper
