I vote for the samsung NC10.
Runs Xp 160gig HD, 10.1" screen, runs most applications well, even photoshop. Running exel and word with ease on mine, wifi is good, even got bluetooth, not sure I would use this though.
Cant fault mine!
The NC20 is out soon so you may get one a bit cheaperKnow the difference between what you WANT and what you NEED. :T0 -
Another vote for the NC10. I got one because of the battery life, don't really see the point of netbook only having a few hours battery life, hardly portable if it needs to be attached to the mains constantly. I get 7/8 hours or so from the NC10 between charges.Sigless0

I have the NC20 (it's been out for a few weeks now) 12.2" screen. Great little m/c but the NC10 price did not come down anything.0

I also have an NC10, it is a good little machine. The screen is very bright and clear but not as `tall` as a regular laptop or desktop so much more scrolling is required. The touch pad is OK but rather small and fiddly so I recommend you also buy a good mouse such as the Logitech VX450 nano. It has a tiny wireless transmitter which stays plugged into the netbook and a claimed 1 year battery life on 2 AAs. It uses a laser, works on virtually any surface and the shiny black case matches the NC10 well too.
Since I bought mine I have surprised myself how little surfing I do upstairs on my main PC.
