Having clicked on Charlie's posts it appears HE does not have anything constructive to contribute apart from adding sarcastic, derogatory comments to PWCs.

HE is obviously one of those bitter, twisted and militant NRPs who does not appreciate we all offer constructive advice no matter which side of the fence we sit on .

Would it not be in the best interests for the PWC to stop under CSA1 and opt for CSA2?

If the maximum payable under CSA1 is £119pw, by switching to CSA2 the award would go upto 15% of gross salary, which in this case would be £300pw, although with having 2 other children, you get a 1.5% discount for each so max payable would be 12% of £2000 which would equate to £240pw

    CSA1 £119
    CSA2 £240

    So double the amount

Surely that's for the PWC to work out for herself?
The original question was posted by the NRP's partner so she's hardly going to jump for joy at that suggestion!

He is actually a she and it's Jacklink. She started a thread as Jacklink and then turned into Charlie who then said that she had reported me for stalking....now there is only 1 person who has ever accused me of that and that's Jacklink.......looks like we are onto another name.

Oh yeah, notice the horrific spelling and grammar as well...could only be the vile Jacklink;)

Is this a change of heart mitchaa? Or did you not realise it was the NRPP that was asking the question?

Actually on CSA2 it would be 15% of NET salary. When the changes come into play it will then be 12% of Gross salary for 1 child.

If 2k is net, then the assessment would be £300 per week. Not sure what 2k per week gross would be.
