Pollensa over Easter

Hi,

I have been getting so many different answers to this question so hopefully someone who lives there or goes often can shed some light.

I will be arriving at Palma Airport on the 11th April in the evening around 8.30pm, with it being the easter weekend will the large supermarkets be open? I know there is a carrefour not to far from the airport along the way to Pollensa which normally closes at 9.30pm, but with it being the Easter weekend will it be still open at that time?

We may be able to just catch it open if the flight lands on time and if it does close at 9.30pm (we are only taking hand luggage so no waiting around for bags) but if not will any of the big supermarkets open in Pollensa on the Sunday?

Many thanks

    Hi hoxtonbabe,

According to the Carrefour website there are 3 Carrefours in Mallorca:

Carrefour Coll d´en Rabassa - Palma
    Carrefour Palma
    Carrefour Porto Pi

Since you're travelling to Pollensa, I'd say that Carrefour Palma is the one you want. According to that page, they're open until 9.30pm every day, including festivals.

But if you want to be sure, you can give them a call on +34 971 766 300.
