Help with Npower tariff switch

I'm fast approaching my first twelve months with Npower of SOL V10. Having compared prices using my exact usage, Uswitch, Moneysupermarket and Simplyswitch all suggest an annual saving of £79 on Npower SOL V14. Energyhelpline, suggests that the saving would be more like £15.
I owe Npower £94 on my dual fuel account, however I am expecting a £95 dual fuel rebate in April, which I think should cancel out the amount I owe.
My queries are as follows:
1) Can I switch tariffs rather than companies using the aforementioned comparison websites?
2) Would I be entitled to the same offers (ie Amazon vouchers, cashback etc) from these websites as somone switching companies?
3) By requesting this switch now, would I jepordise, my duel fuel rebate on my existing account?
4) I know Martin has claimed that two of the comparison services have altered their prices to reflect Npower's price reduction, have all the websites above done this now? (There seems to be a big difference between Energyhelpline and the others.)
I use 921kWhrs of electricity and 7825kWhrs of gas per annum (my only other option would be to use First Utility, but I don't like the 24month commitment for smart metering). I'm quite happy with Npower.
I hope some of you more knowledgeable MSE'ers will be able answer some of these queries I have or offer some advise.
