Hi
We unfortunately recently had to surrender the keys back to our lender and have moved in to rented accommodation. I have called today to arrange contents ins only on the rented property, but could anyone please tell me (need to know as a definate) if we are still liable for buildings ins now that we have surrendered the property back. Is this now the responsibility of the lender?
Many Thanks

I'd ring and ask - or at least not cancel until you know.0
