Use the Norton removal tool as parts are still on your computer
http://service1.symantec.com/Support/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039
May I ask what "Netintelligence Home Edition" is? Im curious
And it says you have Kaspersky 6? Is that upto date?:idea:0 -
Thanks for your help.
Netintelligence Home Edition is a package that comes bundled with the Postoffice broadband package. Apparently it's needed to ensure that Kaspersky works. Kaspersky is up-to-date.0 -
How do I know which version of Norton was on this PC? Apparently I need to know to run the uninstaller.0
-
Try this general removal tool then ~

Thanks - have run this and sorted the other issues too.
The only Red Error in Event Viewer now is:
Event Type: Error

Event Category: None
Event ID: 7009

How can I sort this?0 -
"waiting for the Google Updater Service service to connect"
Its really nothing. But either uninstall google updater, stop it from running or uninstall and reinstall (Or simply ignore it):idea:0
