    Is that norton?

Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/
Click DO A SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE (Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log)

Use the Norton removal tool as parts are still on your computer

May I ask what "Netintelligence Home Edition" is? Im curious

And it says you have Kaspersky 6? Is that upto date?

    Thanks for your help.

Netintelligence Home Edition is a package that comes bundled with the Postoffice broadband package. Apparently it's needed to ensure that Kaspersky works. Kaspersky is up-to-date.

How do I know which version of Norton was on this PC? Apparently I need to know to run the uninstaller.

"waiting for the Google Updater Service service to connect"

Its really nothing. But either uninstall google updater, stop it from running or uninstall and reinstall (Or simply ignore it)
