Don't you think you're being stupid involving yourself with people who are spamming your phone?

Visiting dodgy websites (where most trojans are comingfrom in the last few months) ain't gonna help you either.

Even if a company has a phone number (mobile especially) doesn't mean they are legit and won't steal your info and abuse it.

I'm amazed at how loose people are with their privacy.

I agree. It is shocking how many people are uneducated with these sort of scams.

It would not surprise me in the slightest if they handed their card details and stuff over to any old person. Perhaps if we PM them, asking for their debit card details, they'll give it to us?

More interestingly... do they also fall for the Nigerian lottery scams?

I wouldn't visit that website. Don't even think about it.

I know some people already have! :D People can't help themselves.

Lots of really smart iframe trojans around at the moment and they can sit on any site and can be removed and injected at will.

Be warned when searching Google and visiting these types of sites. Even if you have very good security your machine may still be infected.
  • I just came off the phone to cancel my debit card with my bank.I dont belive how stupid I was to give my bank card detail to a stanger over the phone.I keep asking her, why did she need my card details, her anwser was they need it to check my details. I knew something was not right.but the offer of £4000 with no intrest to pay for a year is tempting. At the end of the conversation I asked for her name, she was Jenny steven. Then I knew something was really doggy. She sounds Indian.

PS. As I was finishing tpying this. an indian man call.He varify my name, address, and my date of birth.he said will you please varify your card details because your card does not work.I told him you dont need my bank card.I need yours but you dont need mine. I told him about all the write ups I have read about Global credit card, and their is no company by that name.He wanted to know which site the comment are. I told him is not is business which page. WHO IS CLEVER NOW?
