Cheesed off and confused

Hi all, i'm feeling cheesed off with this, and demoralized as numbers just go over my head, the only numbers i understand are the ones on a tape measure.

You will see i've included the HP car on here, I've been in touch with the finance co, and explained the situation with them and they have agreed verbally not to repo the car.

Could you all please take a look, and if you comment on something can you spell it out to me, as me and numbers don't get on well.

This is just my SOA, as my wife will go BR later.

Also if by some miracle this is right could i use it as my SOA for BR and the OR.

Many thanks Mike

  • Hi Mike. I won't answer your question about your SOA as better people on here will do that for you but, can I just ask who you have your car with on finance please?

The SOA looks fine to me but I don't think you can put in arrears for utilities. The things you need for self employment could be taken off your soa and your income decreased by same. That way if they weren't allowed on your SOA (phone (incl mobile should be no more than £60 so if you took off mobile you'd be fine same with internet - you don't have to haggle if OR says its not allowed).

thanks jen i just got to convince the OR now

I had the money saved up for BR, and i've been dithering around you know, what if this, what if that, and so on. Not much work this week, and i,ve started to spend a little of it.

It sort of feels like the more i know, the more questions i need answered and i get frustrated by it.

HSBC on the phone now everyday, sometimes twice a day. when they phone i decline to give my DOB, and say i only what to communicate via letter or email.

It feels like i'm living on borrowed time at the mo, and the sooner i get this done the better.

Thank you all very much for your support, you are a great group of people
