    Hi Mike,

It's soon going to be 3 years since we were faced with the prospect of a commercial landlord stuffed full of self importance and with the feeling that they were going to show us what happened to retailers who dared to default on their rents.

He was going to take us to the cleaners and make sure that we spent the rest of our lives in purgatory, lost our house, never had enough money to enjoy a decent standard of living, blah, blah f00king blah.

I've never had any problems in "playing the game" and keeping one step ahead of the opposition. We "ducked and dived" and "dodged and weaved" and really did manage to pull off some fairly amazing stunts.

And here it comes, BUT if you just fill the forms in to the best of your ability, do what you think is right, and quit worrying, 99% of the things that are driving you crazy at the moment will never happen.

You don't need to know everything, to understand it all, when you look back in a few years time you'll wonder why you even bothered to understand it all. Even the I.S staff, Judges and solicitors are remarkably ignorant; what chance do the rest of us stand?

    Best regards

    Richard
