I have readily added my signature to this petition having also found it very difficult to find the basic terms of my account.
But could the petition be expanded to include online accounts? As there is often no paperwork at all for these it is even more difficult to see the basic terms. Can we have a petition to have a summary box on the user's main account page of the internet banking sites?
