Need domain, e-mail and website

Not sure which is the best board but thought here would be a good start, a friend runs a small business but needs to get a domain name, e-mail and a basic website to help push things a little further and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations. I've used www.netbenefit.com in the past through work and found them reasonable and good but maybe I'm overlooking something or missing something.

I know netbenefit don't do the designing so if anyone can recommend anyone on that fron that would be helpful too. They're not the most tech-minded so any sort of support would be appreciated too.

yahoo are doing .com names for $2.99 right now. If you want other domains registered then use namecheap.com they do domains for about $8 per name. If you just want email they will also give you 10 POP email addresses for $17 for the year. If you want a website then sign up to the new microsoft service live.com and one of the free services they offer is a free domain/website and email.
