On long term IB Should I pay Class 3 NI?

Hello

I have paid over 30 years NI contributions. The last 3 years I have been on IB

Will my wife still get bereavement allowance as I have have not had a yearly top up request for NI (unless it is automatically credited for IB)

Many thanks for any advice
