Zulu u need to decide what u actually want from them.
U haven't got grounds for finanacial compensation as u haven't been put out in any which way, u hadn't booked hotel/day off etc, The offer of two tickets is quite reasonable as u might have accidentally deleted the wem without realising it, theres as much chance of that as them not sending it, as other msers have reported prompt wems after comp closures.
Them offering 2 tickets in esscence is meeting u halfway on this.

If the show is over there isn't much else they can do, the pair of tickets they are offering might be more valuable than the original prize.
I wouldn't have gone to the asa yet, maybe email them again and say what you would like from them so they have something to go on.

Glad you got it sorted, was nice of them to offer you different tickets. I won VIP tickets to T4 on the beach last year & was never notified, me being me I just left it & hoped another lovely prize would come along soon lol!

I have decided to take 2 tickets to one of the shows. I was never after financial compensation - just 2 tickets to a show that I wanted to see. However I will give the tickets away and hope that I will win an even better prize in the future.

To the person who said I could have deleted the email by accident - I checked this at the time and as googlemail keeps deleted emails for a longer than normal time this is NOT the case.
