Lol Bookie - do you feel good now you're out of the closet? :D

I usually consider my parents disapproval a sign that I'm doing the right thing!

At some stage I have to grow up and stick up for myself!:rotfl:

a bit late joining the thread but wanted to pop in and say hellllooo!!!

Can i join the coool runnings thread today and say i managed 5.5.miles today in 1hr 11 (same time as it took Snaggles to do 6miles, which actually makes me happy as i thought i was waaay slower than that!)

Also took Erin out today as she is doing a 1km run when i do the Balmoral 5k, so i ran with her, nice n slowly and she managed it no problem at all... i was so proud!! lol! As i'd done my long run then stopped for half an hour then did the extra 1k, i was so so so stiff by the end of it!! mental! who'd have thought a little extra km could finish me off!

Then went swimming, so the muscles got a real good stretch afterwards!
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....
