I am fine Spudly....don't worry I am only multi tasking good things.......talking to a mate.
Bunny -don't stress too much about the setback...you have been poorly. Don't forget I had nearly six weeks off over christmas and new year. Muscle memory.
The best thing to do is NOT try to run when you are poorly. You will then have setbacks like this and stop enjoying running....Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Ahhh hunny, don't let it knock your confidence - running when you're ill just makes you more ill (your immune system is surpressed for a while after strenuous exercise and any nasty bugs can run riot), and running with any illness where you feel chesty probably isn't a good idea.Bunnyinthelights wrote: »Just started as a run and ended up as a 4.5k walk, hacking me lungs up...
Everyone has the odd bad run - I know some days I feel like I'm in the zone and could run forever, and other days it hurts from the moment I set off to the moment I get back.
A walk will have done you just as much good, so put it behind you and get back to enjoying it."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
