    I wonder what contains zinc? I havent got any in the house. Was naughty tonight as couldnt be bothered to cook so I rang up the local pasta place for a takeway, bought myself some stuffed spud skins which came with a side salad and were yummy, spice meatballs with tomato sauce and spaghetti (half eaten now - will eat the rest for lunch tomorrow) and some spag bol which I am going to freeze (well it saves me cooking one myself:rolleyes: ).

    evening all....God I is knackered...thank crunchy its sunday tomorrow and I am going to have a lie in and do a run in the evening instead :) Do have a christening to go to but won't need to leave until 10:30ish.

    Got a massive craving for ben and jerry's ice cream :)
