I think it's one entry each day for the game:

3. The winners of the daily Ballooppa prize draw will be selected daily at random by the Promoter from all of the properly completed entries received between the previous daily draw and 5.00pm on that particular day. One entry per person. Entrants are eligible to win the daily prize draw once only during period of this promotion.

I would think that means one entry per person per day.

Very badly phrased, anyway.

No its open to all ages but under 16's tick the box to confirm theyve asked permission.
It goes through without ticking that box for the older ones xx
