If you go into the Uswitch site and enter info that you only make a few calls ,and your on BT Opt 1,and you pay by D/D.It throws up Primus Saver Plus 1. Which gives you free weekend calls at no fee and £5 a month credit for a year .(It does say the offer ends Feb ,but hopefully they have extended it as they have done with 2 and 3).

The credits are only available if you sign up via Uswitch.0 -
No, you can't (the Freetalk packages on the Uswitch website are specifically for new customers signing up online via Uswitch).helenrowland wrote:I joined primus last week but not through uswitch so i presume i don't qualify for the refund. does anyone know if I can still get it and how?
However, if you signed up, like I did, for the previous 'best buy' - Primus Saver Option 2 - you'll get free weekend and evening calls to UK 01/02 numbers and there's no end date for that.
The three Primus FreeTalk 'Freetalk' packages currently available only via Uswitch offer the £5/month loyalty bonus for 12 months and then a monthly subscription fee kicks in for '2' and '3' (although '1' - free weekend [only] UK 01/02 calls - remains a non-subscription package).Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market.
