Benefit increases, 04/2009

DLA and Carers allowance goes up in april, along with many other benefits.
here is a link to work out how much extra you will get.

Hope it helps someone, I know it is not a huge increase, but it all adds up.

    It doesn't look as if they have raised the amount of money a carer can earn before it limits the carer's allowance does it?

    No for some reason they havent,probably as its not linked to RPI increases like most benefits are
