Economy 10 in Suffolk

I moved here in 2003 and Powergen was the supplier for elec (no gas).I like economy 10 because of the afternoon top-up of the storage heaters.But I don`t like the big price increase.Does any other provider do economy 10 in Suffolk? I tried one of the switch sites but the woman I spoke to didn`t know what economy 10 was.
The answer is probably no,but would there be any advantage in paying next years bill in advance to avoid the price rise?

What is Economy 10, I have Economy 7?

Economy 10 is similar to economy 7 except that you get 10 hours not 7 (doh).
As well as charging the storage heaters overnight,you also get a `top-up` in the afternoons.I like this as I found with E7 that the rads were cold when you got home from work.I think that you get a `top-up` in the evening as well - but not absolutely sure on that.

This is a longshot, but try phoning both Energyhelpline and Energy Watch (part of ofgem the regulator). They might be able to advice you about other companies who provide Economy 10.
