Website for selling a business?

Hi all
My business advisor told me about a website where I can sell on my business-one of her other clients had used it, but she couldn't remember the website address. She remembered that you could advertise the business for free, and only paid the website a free when a deal was signed.
Anyone know of any reputable websites where you can do this?
Thanks

Hiya
Sorry a bit slow at this time of night,
Are you looking for a website on which you will sell your ACTUAL company (ie you retiring and you want to sell your shop . business as a going concern to someone else) or are you looking for a website FOR your business on which you will sell your goods and services ?
If its the 2nd that your after, and you on a very tight budget, have you looked at Google Sites ? It allows you to build a site for free and you get free hosting and you can forward your domain to it. Its not super posh, and you cant have Flash (not a disadvantage in my view as Flash is just an annoyance that slows down sites and more and more people block.) But it does allow you to make a start and once you up and running and made some money you can then pay someone to make you a more advanced site.
If you selling your Actual Company, I think it will really depend what type of business area you are in.
Hope that helps and if you need more detailed advice on getting started with webs just ask.
Cheers
