I can recommend Radio City Apartments - stayed there last April and we love it - great location and safe.

Great that you get a kitchen/living area - depends if you like having that.

However price-wise I didnt pay for it so cant advise on that!

    I always stay here:
    http:// jerseycity.hyatt.com

(Although I live in Manhattan now - but that place is still phenomenal for a weekend or simply for the view!)

I got it for $78/night over St Paddys when my sis came over. For a room - 2 double beds or 1 king.

  • Hi
We were in New York at Easter-Husband and 2 teenage daughters.
Having read all the tripadvisor reports (as always before booking anything) we settled on The Hampton Manhattan Times Square (part of Hilton group)
We wanted a 'family' room. There was no availability showing online but I phoned the hotel directly and was able to book a room which accommodated us all.The rate quoted was $279 per night.....it actually worked out at $325 per nite with all the taxes.
    Would stay there again.
Feel free to PM me if you think I can help give you any more info...

just back from new york stayed in the grand hyatt using priceline for $105 a night, bargain!
i did a lot of my research for the trip on tripadvisor, i would definitely reccomend a tour of the city. i used the dozen apples tour which was 6 hours walking and using the subway all over the city. you see things that a bus tour would never show you.
seen the lion king, a yankees game, went on the staten island ferry, went to the two museums opposite central park, great city and im planning my next trip already!
