IKEA Pax wardrobe

Options
I'm thinking of getting IKEA Paz wardrobes, but in measuring up the room, I realise that I am going to have several cm gaps on the top and on one side of the wardbrobe.

do IKEA sell 'blanking sections' or something that could provide a means to hide the gaps?

Also, I have a chimney breast in the middle, but am thinking of goping for the maximum depth - cupboards extending out, then perhaps a set of shelfs over the chimmney, or even a big mirror?

any thoughts

For our chimney breast we effectively hid it, by using full depth into the alcoves, but they also sell something like a 35mm deep carcass with the same doors in the pax range. We put this in the middle all connected together. Looks something like this :- OOOoooOO with 8 500mm doors.

For blanking I reckon you would have to get some contiboard in the same colour/pattern from a diy shed and trim that - or buy another wardrobe carcass and trim it down into strips that fit what you want.

Depending on the colour scheme of your wardrobes, you might find the kitchen 'cover panels' match - they do them up to 60cm x 233cm.
Life should be a little nuts; otherwise it's just a bunch of Thursdays strung together.
