Condensation between window panes

One of my double glazed windows has condensation between the panes. It is a 3 part window - either end opens, the middle one has the condensation. It has come on fairly quickly and you can see water running down it.
Anyone know what this means? Does it need replacing? If so, do they just replace that pane or the whole window.
Would like to understand the extent before I get some salesman trying to talk my ear off.
PS Windows are approx. 10 years old white PVC.
Thanks

sounds like the double glazed sealed unit has broken down, moisture in between the glass, you only need to replace the glass unit, any glazing company can do the job.0

Most double glazing comes witha guarentee (mine was 15 year).
Did you have it fitted? Do you have the guarentee? Did a previous owner pass it on to you?
If not then yes, as the unit has failed you need to replace it. Just the glass panel, don't get talked into replacing the UPVC unit unless there are problems with that also.
It shouldn't be very expensive to replace one panel if you can't get it on guarentee

Thanks all - I was hoping that it would just be the glass.
It is a 10 yrd old house, which we bought approx. 5 years ago. I hadn't thought about guarantee, as had been told that the window company went bust some time ago. Will have to dig out the paperwork we were given. Now proud Mumto3 :j0 -
There are companies claiming to "repair" misted window panes. Try googling "repair misted windows"0

It's not worth repairing the unit unless it is an expensive one with a fancy design on it.
To get a new unit made will probably only cost £30 and then £20 to fit it.0 -
There are some guys Double Glazing Doctor for example, that will sell you a replacement unit. Once gone its gone, most warranties don't include the sealed unit.0
