Renovating Kitchen

Spent about three months researching for kitchen renovation, it needs complete refurb all the way from ceiling , wall pastering to the cabinets.

Need help on two subjects. I have decided to seprate the two contracts for a simple reason that i could not find some one doing good jobs on both i.e.

1. getting the kitech ready for fiting. This would involve redoing the cieling, replastering the walls and laying porcelain tiles on the floor. Fit new doors and windows. i have been quoted around £2300 to £3500 for this. Is this fair price including the materials. My kitchen is 3m by 5m.

2. Fit the cabinets, worktops and appliances. Any good places to go excluding magnet. Budgets around £2k. Dont mind ikea, or independent kitchen makers.
