Once the building work has started not very long. I would have thought around 4-6 weeks at the most to get the basic shell up. Then maybe a couple more weeks to sort out the interior.
Does anyone know how long it takes roughly for builders to build a 4 bed detached with garage?
Thanks!
As someone with building firm background it would take, assuming foundations in, 4 - 6 months.
