I ordered a bracket from them this week, and on there website the guarantee free next day delivery. As i needed it for sat morning, i went with them.
A Big Mistake, and after a google search (yes i know i should of done it before but them came recommended by a friend:rolleyes: ) it is not the first time that these con men have let 99% of there customers down. Numorous complaints, of failed delivery, wrong items sent (and late as well). broken items sent, no refunds when you send faulty goods back etc..
Still no bracket, approx 10 emails have all been unanswered, phone calls that result in nothing, one of the phone calls that they did respond to they gave me a fake dhl trcking number that dhl confirms is not valid and of course the old promise of a phone call back that never materialise. Trying to call them now and it rings once and you get a message that says 'no one can answer your call' and then it cuts you off
So im £45 down, paid on visa debit as wasnt over £100 for credit card protection, my only change now is a visa chargeback, but barclays say they cannot do it for 14 days after transaction date, and they doubt wether it would work anyway (whats the point of a visa chargeback scheme then)
