Really pleased our third sitting at dla tribunal and we won. High rate mobility low rate care.My other half has fibro athritis and back problems. Its took 23 months but its worth it.

Congratulations. Will that be backdated for that 23 months then. I like it when these appeals are won.I used to suffer from lack of motivation.... now I just can't be arsed.

you do have to wonder at how they come to their decisions though, my friend has fibro only and got HRC and HRM without a medical or appeal or anything. Don't get me wrong, I den't begrudge her, but you do have to wonder how if they are supposedly all following the same criteria, they can get to different sums for each claim like that?0
