Dear all,
I'm sure this is something that has come up in the past but i couldn't find any postings covering it and am new to the site.
I'm in the process of renting out a property on behalf of a friend living in NZ. I've found some potential tenants and am in the process of obtaining the appropriate reference but will obviously need to put a tenancy agreement in place.
I have previous copies of these from estate agents but is there a legally binding copy anywhere online or does anyone have one i could change and use on my friend's property? There are documents you can buy online but would be great to save him some money if i can.
Any help would really be apprectiated.
Many Thanks
