The Polish are the only professionals in this country.
My end of the Market is doing even better since I recieved letters from CBS today on how much they had dropped their mortgage rates again.
Take one very average property - was 200k. Mortgage 1000 a month, now 200 a month or whatever you like to pretend. Income 500 month, maybe.
200k less 1% each and every month is... how much is it... oh come on.. thats right.. its two grand a month. Gone, Not coming back. Gone.
You see, matey boy, that's how leverage works. But you don't get so many people bragging about it as they used to when it was all going up.0 -
According to most on here all BTL LL are 'scum' and are happy the BTL LL's are repo'd, so why are you now all moaning about tenants rights when the bank repo's, you can't have it both ways. They ain't a tenant any more, the LL isn't the owner.
Those renting so dead against BTL LL's best hope theirs isn't about to go under.
On the subject of Polish, I had polish tenants for 2 years in my ground floor flat, they left to go back to Poland to have a baby. As I am a nice guy, etc, etc and actually do provide a good service, I was suprised to see that they had come over for a few days, and came over to my own house, with chocoloates and gifts for my kids. Also to show the pictures of the baby. They shared as a 3 (1 couple and a friend). The friend has asked me if I have any flat to rent but at present don't have any free.
I have English in all 3 now, they are all friends, when they went to University, and it was all arranged by the 1st floor flat tenants who have been with me for 3 years. Luckily for them they have a LL like myself, who is in no danger of repo and is a trustworthy guy.0 -

Poles, people with kids and people in upstairs flats. According to some of the idiots on here that's the absolute vermin!:pBoris Johnson voted against Brexit in the Commons, all to become leader of the Conservative Party. Fall for it and you deserve everything you get.0 -
