Tenants are 'recession victims'

Who has got their hand up you today? It's just symptomatic of the way that in the last decade or so we appear - without warning - to have returned to some 19th century idea of democracy which only involves the property-owning classes.
One home, one vote. 2 homes, 2 votes etc.
Get the idea?
Rent - who gives a damn. :mad:0 -
If tenants pay on time or inform me if they have problems then I am quite fair. But when they lie and run away the puppet gloves are off.An example of a fairly unregulated housing policy. It beggers belief that this is allowed to go on. I know of some good landlords who see their tenants as customers and rightly so but there are clearly some Johnny come lately btlers who clearly havn`t a clue.0 -

Nah. Everyone looks after the poor unfortunate English homeowners with their loud TV's and surround sound going through the night, protecting them against those evil Polish Tenants.Boris Johnson voted against Brexit in the Commons, all to become leader of the Conservative Party. Fall for it and you deserve everything you get.0 -
I would have Polish Tenants over the lying English Scum every time.ipod_killed_the_musicshop wrote: »Nah. Everyone looks after the poor unfortunate English homeowners with their loud TV's and surround sound going through the night, protecting them against those evil Polish Tenants.
The English tenants that have no idea what a duster is used for or how to stop the toilet from growing mushrooms. The lazy English tenants who cant be bovered to get a job and think that when they cash thier Dole cheque that it is their rightful wages.
The lazy english tenants that run up debts that they have no intention of paying back and then run away and start all over again with a different surname.
Mind you they are not that clever enough to cover their tracks but the moment of Joy when you pass on their new address to all the debtors, a loverly Condor moment.0 -
