Free CRM software?

Does anyone know of any very cheap or free CRM software? I need a suite which can help people file technical support queries, which will be logged and responded to. Also it should let them login and receive in the latest information about the products they are using.

As a note we have just set up OSCommerce to handle the sales side of things, so far so good with that.

Can anyone advise me on if such a tool exists?

I've used zentrack in the past.

A local company has prfoduced an web based product from £6 per month, looks preetty good, you can get a free trial.

I use goldmine, but I would be interested what your thoughts are on this one
