Not much to report - only £1.46 saved in the supermarket today. Tomorrow I have picked up a mystery shop which should earn me £10 and I did a PC survey yesterday so should get £3 in luncheon vouchers for that.

    Hiya everyone :hello:

I have sold a few bits on the pin board at work (free to advertise ;) ) sold a bag of maternity clothes for £15 and also £5 for a toy my two have grown out of.

So £20 for me today. :D

I have another 3 things which have sold on there (and another 1 which might be on it's way!) with people meeting me tomorrow/Fri, but I will add that as and when I get it. So fingers crossed that stuff goes.

DH had a job interview Monday and he is due to find out this afternoon sometime. It's really killing me because he wants it so much, plus it's quite a bit extra income. Fingers crossed please peeps xxx

Done my first three MS of the day, just popped home to write them up before I go out again to do the next two, and return the windscreen wipers I bought for the old car and now dont need (:j), and taking my mum to collect her car from the garage after its service - normally she pays me a couple of quid petrol money when I run her around but given her household jsut spent £18k on two new cars I doubt I'll get any pennies (and would refuse them even if she offers).
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

  • Wow sounds like there have been a lot of good starts to April! Happy birthday Andrina :D

My lovely mum gave me £10 petrol money to start April off for me :D Also got £14.15 travel expenses cheque from work, Onepoll 25p and £2.31 interest on savings account. I hope the rest of the month is as easy as this :rotfl:

Doubt it though... I really have no idea where I’m going to make the rest from! In Jan-Feb-March I did quite well from overtime, Ebay and mystery shopping…but got no overtime booked at work for at least the next 2 weeks, I’ve sold everything I own on Ebay already, and I think there must be new mystery shoppers in my area as there have been NO assignments at all for the last 3 weeks or so! So this month will be an interesting one… I’ll have to think of a few more ideas if I’m going to come anywhere close to £300!
