Holland Damp Proofing Course - any advice please?

Hello everyone!
I am quite concerned about my dad. He is 75 and has a problem with what seems to be damp in his victorian terraced house.
He has had numerous quotes for a DPC and they are all extremely expensive.
He was shown a newspaper article about Holland Damp Proofing and he then arranged for his property to be surveyed. They came back with a very competitive price and because it was a non-intrusive method (in comparison with plastering and redecoration costs with the usual method) he has arranged works to start next week.
I have no idea of this company and can't really find any constructive comments about them on any forums that I can show my dad.
I don't know who to ask, I have called them and am waiting for their return call. I want to request references for some local work where I can hopefully contact the customers.
If anyone has any information on this method or company please can you reply!!

No re-plastering needed with the Holland system.
Normally.
Must admit though, I decided on a low pressure cream injection system.
How do they do the "inside" walls on a terrace?0
