Toucan who already operate minute billing,have decided to impose a connection charge of 3p if you call an 0845/0870 no as well as min call charge.

Please note: From 1 March 2006, calls with ToucanTalk to numbers commencing 0845 or 0870 will be subject to a 3p connection charge. The current 'per minute' rate will also apply for the number dialled."
