Hi there, can anyone confirm that Abbey plc and A&L plc, tho both owned by Santander, are still separate entities when it comes to the FSA compensation? They have different reference numbers on the FSA website so am assuming they are.
Many thanks

Yes they are treated as totally separate and each has it's own banking license and each is covered to the £50000 protection limit."Click the pennies. Collect the pounds."0
