How much are you bidding on?!?! I find auctionsniper very reasonable. To think you are paying a company to look after your login details (they need to be paid enough to have a secure site) and to do your bidding for you at the last second (I haven't had any failed snipes) I think their tiny amount they charge (remember it is only for winning bids) is fantastic.0

I recommend bidnip.co.uk, is one of the most popular and hasn let me down yet. If I recall correctly you get 'free snipes' for referring people too.

being new to the whole ebay thing, what do these snipe websites actually do, and whats the purpose of sniping? do they bid on items you select? why use them, is it to get items you want even cheaper?

They do bid on items you select, the advantage is that if you're not around to bid towards the end of the auction, then it will do so automatically, and if you wishing beating the current price in the last few seconds.
But what about putting in a Maximum Bid I hear you ask, some people believe (including me) that by setting a maximum bid, you may end up paying more for the item as some people will enter a higher price on purpose to try and see how high you're willing to go.0 -
