need a new shower door to replace a brokemn one.

needs to be 1200 wide sliding type, tried screwfix and b and q, but these seem expensive at around £250 for there cheapest model.

any other ideas on suppliers please

£250 isn't bad for a 1200mm slider. If you negotiate in a plumbers merchant you could probably get a Novellini Star slider, or a Fordham Crystal White slider, for that sort of price. The quality on these doors would be much better than in B&Q though - the glass slightly thicker (normally 3mm instead of 2mm) and a smoother sliding action.

I think Aqualux is the real cheapy brand (https://www.aqualux.co.uk) which supplies B&Q and other DIY places. All of the main merchants will be able to get hold of their doors too but probably not at as good a price because they're not buying in the massive quanitity that B&Q do.

Apart from that, go to a plumbers merchant and ask what the cheapest they've got is. Having worked for several merchants I know that there's often dead stock hanging around in the warehouses that they're desprate to get rid of! It's worth going in and asking the question!
